Ask for Feedback






                                                                                  This goes hand in hand with staying connected to your

                                                                                  connections and customers. Some ways you can ask for
                                                                                  feedback are:

                                                                                     You could do a survey

                                                                                     Send a templated email
                                                                                     Pick up the phone (what a novel idea today)


                                                                                  Did you give them enough training?

                                                                                  Are you available for ongoing support?


                                                                                  Ask the right questions and thank them for their

                                                                                  feedback. Always!  Let them know you appreciated
                                                                                  the time they took to share their thoughts and that you

                                                                                  value their business and take their comments seriously.
