Follow Up
It is often said that “the fortune is in the follow up” and it
is so true. Many relationships are missed and many sales
are lost by not following up.
Most people stop following up after 1, 2, or possibly 3
times … and did you know that most sales are made
between the 5th and 12th follow-up. There is a huge
disconnect there. Timing is everything, and unless you
stay in touch with people you may miss an opportunity.
Have you ever been at an event or meeting and run into
someone you had approached many moons ago to buy
your product or service – only to find out that they have
now bought the product or service from someone else?
You thought they would come to you when they were
ready. People are fickle! Unless you keep following up
and staying connected you will likely be forgotten.
